1. Can I get a free samples?
Yes, we can supply 1-3 free samples, but need you pay the cost of express shipping.
The customer supply the consignee account number or pay the cost to us then we arrange shipping samples to you.
2. Can you accept printing on the bucket / pail / container?
Yes, we can supply the Heat transfer or Silk screen printing and in mould labeling.
Our suggest you can choose heat transfer, nice product with low cost.

3. What about your MOQ and Trade terms with payment?
Normal our MOQ is 20"container, but the first order we can reduce it.
Trade terms: FOB/CFR/CIF and Payment: T/T
4. What about your packaging?
Small bucket will be packaging by plastic bags with carton
Big bucket will be packaging by plastic bags with pallet, some times the customer just need packaging by plastic bags.
5. How about the delivery time?
15-30 days after we received the advance payment
6. Can you accept customized products?
Yes, we can accept customized the products and procedural steps are as follows

The customer supply samples or drawings

We according the samples or drawing to design the injection mould
The customer confirm the mould drawings
We made the mould then test samples (it will be spent around 45 days)
We send the samples to customer confirm
After the customer confirm we production the larges goods.
