A4. For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you want your own designs it takes 5-7 days, Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
4. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer. So you can provide JPG, Al, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
5. Which kinds of certificate would you have?
Our products passed FDA/SGS/FGB/CE/EU certificate.
6. What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is T/T 30% deposite after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L.We also accept LC at sight.
